The impact of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, is being felt by millions of people across the globe. While nobody knows how long this period will last, I believe it's important for companies to try to find some semblance of normalcy. This is a mistake as in fact it has many benefits, and to succeed advertisers need to understand how it impacts their business.
