The Value of Advertising is the first-ever EU-wide report to isolate the economic and social contribution of advertising highlights its ability to drive economic growth across the EU. It was carried out independent by Deloitte and commissioned by a broad EU advertising industry coalition led by the World Federation of Advertisers and with the participation of IAB Europe.

Microsoft Advertising unveiled the new look for its web interface in October. A select number of advertisers have had access to the new look for the past few months. Now those users will see the new look on more pages, including Manager accounts. The redesign preview now includes search terms, change history, reports, dimensions and more, the company announced Monday. The new UI, like the Google Ads redesign a couple of years ago, is aimed at helping advertisers access and act on information faster. For agencies and brands managing multiple accounts using a Manager account, the Manager Account Overview page will be the new default landing page in the new look.To start, it features four “insights tiles,” as shown in the screenshot above: Performance, Top changes: Accounts, Accounts and Devices.

Amazon Big Game Ad Tallies the Most Views via YouTube AdBlitz

YouTube revealed the five most-viewed Super Bowl LIV ads on its YouTube AdBlitz portal for Big Game spots. YouTube ads marketing cultural moments and trends lead Gina Shalavi unveiled the top five by views as of 11:59 p.m. ET Feb. 5, as well as short descriptions of the ads, in a blog post Monday. Amazon topped the list by asking, “What did we do before Alexa?” Shalavi wrote, “With a medieval theme, people cover everything, from the temperature to news to jokes, all features on Alexa.” The spot features Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi. Bill Murray helped drive Jeep to the second spot with Groundhog Day, and Shalavi wrote, “Murray takes a groundhog and escapes in an orange Jeep for endless adventures.”
