That’s according to a recently released study that also found that 51% of North American B2B companies plan to increase their content marketing budget this year. The study, “B2B Content Marketing Trends: 2016 Benchmarks, Budgets and Trends—North America,” was based on an August 2015 survey of more than 1,500 North American B2B marketers at companies ranging in size from around 10 to more than 1,000 employees. The study was produced by the Content Marketing Institute and marketing research and advisory firm MarketingProfs. It was sponsored by Brightcove, a provider of Internet-based video content.
