AD Tech Winter is Coming

AdTech Winter is Coming. It is expected to get worse for Publishers, if they aren’t prepared. Experts are anticipating Ad revenue to go lower than 20% compared to last year.

Abhinav from Adpushup mentions that the CPM levels have gone down and recommends how unique content can add a lot of value to the publishing industry. Q1 2023 is expected to be worse than Q4 2022, so it is better that we give more attention to content. The need to try innovative ad formats while reducing unfulfilled inventory should be emphasised to achieve better revenue potential in Q1.
